- How to Apply
- Complete and submit your application.
- Your official high school transcript or GED scores are not necessary for an admissions decision, however you will need to submit at least an unofficial copy before the end of your first term.
- SAT and ACT scores are not required.
- Transferring Your Credits
- After submitting your application, we will evaluate your prior transcripts (unofficial or official) to determine what courses are eligible to transfer. Be sure to submit transcripts for all institutions you attended!
- Official transcripts must be requested through your prior institution and are delivered directly to Husson University.
- Unofficial transcripts may be sent to us at online@husson.edu or uploaded in your Application Portal.
Graduate
- How to Apply (MBA programs)
- Complete and submit your application. You’ll be guided through additional requirements, including:
- One professional recommendation
- Transcripts from the institution where you earned your undergraduate degree, showing the degree was earned. An unofficial transcript may be reviewed to make an admissions decision, but an official transcript is required prior to starting your first class.
- Essay
- Complete and submit your application. You’ll be guided through additional requirements, including:
- How to Apply (MSN Programs):
- Complete and submit your application through Husson Admissions.
- Submit additional documents, including:
- One letter of recommendation, which must be from a supervisor.
- Transcripts from the institution where you earned your BSN/MSN degree, showing the degree was earned. An unofficial transcript may be reviewed to make an admissions decision, but an official transcript is required prior to starting your first class.
- Essay
- Current Résumé/CV
- Copy of RN license
- How to Apply (MS Applied Animal Behavior and Welfare)
- Complete and submit your application.
- You’ll be guided through additional requirements, including:
- Transcripts from the institution where you earned your Undergraduate degree, showing the degree was earned. An unofficial transcript may be reviewed to make an admissions decision, but an official transcript is required prior to starting your first class.
- Admission to the MS in Applied Animal Behavior and Welfare requires an earned BS degree in Ecology, Animal Behavior, Biology, or another related natural or physical science discipline.
- If the earned bachelor's degree is outside of Biology or a related field and does not include successful completion of a course in statistics or animal behavior, students must complete a statistics and an animal behavior course as part of their Masters in Animal Behavior and Welfare.

- If the BS degree is not in a social science discipline, applicants must have completed a general psychology course during the BS program of study. We recommend applicants having taken a statistics course before starting the master’s program..
- If the BS program of study did not include a general psychology class and a statistics course, admitted students have the option to complete the undergraduate general psychology and statistics courses at Husson as part of the master’s program.
