Biography
Roberta Trefts earned her BS in Elementary Group Sciences / Education at Grand Valley State University in Allendale MI and her MS in Astronomy at Swinburn University in Melbourne Australia. She spent the first 16 years of her career teaching at international Schools in Taif - Saudi Arabia, Beijing – China, Taichung – Taiwan and La Paz – Bolivia. At each school she worked on curriculum in Math and Science as well as teaching the same subjects. She has always been an active member of the education community and is currently a member of her local school board.
