Our Mission
The Husson University Institute for Strategic Leadership and Workforce Development will provide a variety of leadership development and workforce development initiatives on campus and off. The Center’s programming and research will foster one’s leadership ability, create transformative change, and inspire a commitment to excellence.
Strategic Goals and Objectives
- Provide academic credentials to Husson University students and other lifelong learners.
- Provide leadership training and workforce development initiatives to the Husson University community and its external partners.
- Provide co-curricular leadership programs and opportunities to Husson University’s students.
- Perform short-term and longitudinal studies relating to leadership theory, competencies, qualities and other leadership related topics.
