Continuing Employee Education

Offering continuing education opportunities to your employees not only helps increase their knowledge – it can reduce turnover, enhance productivity and give morale a boost. We’ll work with you to determine what your employees need to close skills gaps and enhance their ability to drive your organization’s success. 

Customization

We take a comprehensive approach to assessing your organization’s needs and creating the plan that is right for you and your employees, including seminars, semester-long classes, full-degree programs, leadership training and more. For example, we’ve customized leadership education for Northern Light Health and created a degree completion program for The Jackson Laboratory.

Internship Program

In addition to providing an extra set of hands, interns can give your organization a fresh perspective, provide employees with mentor opportunities and create a pipeline for entry-level hires. Through our Partner Program, you’ll have access to interns enrolled at Husson University across our diverse set of programs.
