Immunizations - Required

As per Maine State law, all applicants for admission who were born after 1956 must submit their records of immunization in order to attend classes. Additionally, certain programs have different immunization requirements regardless of age.

Please note: Undergraduate Nursing students will need to complete the State required immunization form in the link above, in addition to completing immunization requirements by the Nursing program.
