- Completed Application
- College Transcript(s)- Contact your previous institution(s) to obtain
- A separate transcript is required for each college and/or university attended after graduating from high school
- Unofficial copies may be utilized for an admissions decision to be rendered. You would need to submit final official copies prior to enrollment
- Final High School transcript (you may contact your high school guidance office to obtain)
- This will be waived if the applicant has completed a minimum of 24 college credits
- Professional Letter of Recommendation
- Required for PT and OT applicants
- All other majors- Letter of Recommendation requirement may be waived pending cumulative college GPA
- Essay
- PT, OT, and Nursing Applicants- Essay Topic: Why you want to pursue a career in that specific area
- All other majors - Topic of choice

Start HereThe Maine Transfer Guarantee
The Maine Transfer Guarantee is designed to simplify the transfer process for students moving from community colleges to four-year institutions within Maine. This ensures that students who have earned an associate degree at one of Maine's community colleges can easily transfer to Husson.

Students can earn up to $3,000 per year based off their cumulative GPA at the time of transfer. Award can be combined with Maine Community College Award and Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship.
Maine Community College Award
Students who enter Husson University who immediately matriculate with an Associate’s Degree from a Maine Community College receive a $2,000 per year award. The process is simple with our Maine Transfer Guarantee program.
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship
Students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa who enter Husson University immediately following the completion of their Associates Degree will receive a $1,500 award.
* Students must be enrolled full time (12 credits or higher) in a Bangor based degree program in order to be considered for scholarships
