Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
The 48-credit, 540 internship-hour CCNE-accredited Master of Science in Nursing Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGAC-NP) program provides students with the skills, knowledge and clinical experiences necessary to deliver comprehensive advanced nursing care to acutely ill young adults, older adults and the elderly.

Graduates of this course of study are eligible to sit for the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) certification exam as Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Adult Gerontology.
